Welcome to AsterLuna, a perimenopause symptom tracker made by Snively Studios ("we," "us"). By downloading or using AsterLuna, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
AsterLuna is a personal tracking and organizing tool. It records what you enter and helps you see patterns and share a summary with your healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Always talk to a qualified provider about your health, and never delay or disregard medical advice because of something in this app. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AsterLuna. By using it, you confirm that you are.
Your health and symptom data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. You are responsible for your device, your iCloud account, and any files you choose to export or share. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.
AsterLuna offers a free tier and optional paid features (Trends and doctor reports), available through:
Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple account, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Free-trial terms, pricing, and renewals are governed by Apple's standard rules, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Logging your symptoms, cycle, and journal, and exporting your data as a CSV, are free features. We may change what is included in free versus paid tiers over time, but we will not hold your existing data hostage. You can always export what you have entered.
If you use the optional Circle feature, you agree to use it respectfully and in good faith. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The Circle shares only anonymous, pre-set cards and does not allow free text. You can report any card, block any sender, and delete your own cards at any time. Reported content is removed promptly, and users who repeatedly post reported content will be removed from the feature. We may change, limit, or remove the feature at any time. Please do not misuse AsterLuna. That includes attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or its services, using it in violation of any law, or using it in a way that harms others.
AsterLuna, including its name, design, artwork, and content, is owned by Snively Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any ownership of the app. Your own data remains yours.
AsterLuna is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that patterns or reports it generates are complete or accurate. You use it at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snively Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AsterLuna, including any health decisions made in connection with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app. Continuing to use AsterLuna after changes means you accept the updated terms.
